Privacy Policy (Beta Pilot)

1. WHO WE ARE

Thias AI ("we") provides an AI-driven navigational agent and Product Intelligence Mapping Engine. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains how we handle data for our Pilot Program.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

• Account Data: Name, email, and login credentials used to access our dashboard and services.
• Usage & Intelligence Data: Prompts you enter, natural language queries, the URLs our agent or crawler visits on your behalf, structural product graphs, page snapshots representing UI state, and text logs of the agent's actions and intent parsing.
• Browser Data: If you use our browser extension, we only access and record data from the tabs/pages where you explicitly activate the Thias AI agent.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• To provide our core navigational and product intelligence services.
• To generate and store semantic mappings (vector embeddings) of your product architecture strictly for your tenant.
• To debug technical issues and improve agent intent parsing and performance.

4. SUBPROCESSORS (THIRD PARTIES)

To provide the Service, we send data to the following trusted third-party infrastructure providers:

• Google Gemini / Anthropic / OpenAI (USA): For LLM reasoning and intent parsing. (Data is sent via API with "Zero Data Retention" for training enabled).
• AWS / Google Cloud / Vercel (USA/India): For hosting and database storage.
• Supabase: For identity verification and database operations.

5. DATA SECURITY

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Furthermore, our architecture incorporates strict tenant isolation (RLS) to ensure your product data and AI agent sessions remain segregated. While we implement rigorous safeguards, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

6. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR/CCPA)

• Access & Delete: You may request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account and associated intelligence graphs, by emailing contact.thiasai@gmail.com.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
